Which site and which receiver
A level only means something at a place. The receiver name and the site name are usually enough for us to reproduce it.
What you expected, and why
A measured reading, a figure from another package, or a rule of thumb - whichever it is, knowing what you are comparing against tells us where to look.

The "Why is it this level?" breakdown shows the contribution of each source and each attenuation term. It answers most questions on its own.
The period and the limits in force
Day and night limits differ, and BS 4142 splits the day at 23:00 where IFC splits it at 22:00. The wrong window is the wrong assessment.
